If you want to see a drastic improvement in the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns this year, lead management might be your answer.

Every good lead management process begins by determining the makeup of the potential customer (known as the lead) and taking them on a concise and nurturing journey. The layout of this journey is based around certain trends, such as their buying habits. A successful journey ends with them being passed on to the sales team.

It is essential that the sales and marketing team work in tandem in order to increase conversion rates while shortening the duration of the process.
